C. M. Hunter, Inc. is a family owned cast-in-place concrete subcontractor serving General Contractors on small and mid-sized commercial, new and renovation, construction projects in the DC Metro area since July of 1982.

We pride ourselves on providing professional and quality service, particularly on more demanding and unusual projects.

Our offices are in downtown Fairfax City. We have a mechanic’s shop and yard in Delaplane, VA.

The company was started by C. Michael Hunter, Sr. in 1982. C. Michael Hunter, Jr. joined the company that same year as the estimator. Patrick Hunter joined the company the next year to run the field operations.

At the beginning of 1999 majority ownership was transferred to Michael, Jr. and Patrick and C.M. Sr. became Chairman of the Board and Michael, Jr. was named President.
